Chat windowChat Window
This is the standard chat window that comes with the service and is what will be seen by the visitor to your web site. However, if you want to have one with your company Logo or in your company style we can help there too.

As the service matures we will be expanding the selection of standard designs that will be offered.

Chat Icons
Customizable chat icons ("tags") can be placed on your web pages to allow people to easily initiate a chat with an operator in the queue that they need. You can also place these icons ("tags") in your email and other offline pages. For example, you can add the chat icon to the tagline in StandardChatIconsyour email.

Operator's have the ability to set their availability to Away, Online, Back in Five and Out to Lunch. The icons shown are the default chat icons included with the service. The service automatically updates what is displayed dependent on the the status of the operators.

If you want different Icons for your page you can either design them yourself and send them to us or for a reasonable charge we can design them for you. They can be any size you want to make them.

Just like the Chat Window as the service matures we will be expanding the selection of standard Icons that you can select from.

PreChat SurveyPre Chat Surveys
Prechat surveys are filled out by visitors before chatting with an operator. They use the same design as the chat window

They can be customized by an Operator with Administrative rights using the operators console. with any questions that you would like to ask your customers.

The questions can be a variety of formats including text, checkbox and radio formats.

The answers completed by the visitor are available to the operator during the chat and are stored in the database with the chat

Canned Responses
Save commonly used messages to provide instant and accurate information to your website visitors' most common questions. You can also setup and use your own hot keys for even faster responses.

We have set up some Generic Responses and each operator can also set up some of thier own.

Talk2MeLeaveMessageOperator Offline Email Form / After Hours Message
If all agents are offline, visitors have the option to leave an email message for a customer representative.

The fields on this window can be customized in the same way the Pre Chat Surveys can.
